How will I help?
Westpac BT’s Business Governance and Strategy team is responsible for the governance and strategy functions across managed funds, margin lending, HNW individually managed accounts and protected lending.
As a Product Supplier GovernanceSenior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the governance of Product Suppliers to meet the statutory obligations and business objectives of both BT and Westpac Group and support the business’ broader oversight of suppliers.
You will also:
- Ensure supplier’s meet key deliverables prescribed in the contract and relevant Westpac Group and BT policies
- Develop and maintain robust and compliant governance frameworks to manage suppliers
- Responsible for maintaining the BT supplier list, and plan covering deliverables
- Prepare BT Board reports on supplier performance, service and governance
- Provide BT business owners Supplier Governance with expert understanding of their Supplier Governance obligations and providing training where required
- Support the BT Supplier Governance operating model transition to compliance with CPS 230
This position also supports key deliverables of the Head of BT Board Governance, where you will have opportunities to cross-skill.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in Supplier Governance Management, and non-financial/operational risk and compliance.

- Relevant business experience and technical skills
- Collaborative attitude with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to set work priorities, and results focused with the ability to meet deadlines
