The Role
We are seeking a skilled Accountant/Billing Analyst to join our contract logistics team. This is a critical role that will proactively analyse and provide the business with insights on the financial performance, run regular reports and being able to communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders on the financial performance of the business
Monitor and report on P&L of the business
Ensuring timely and accurate billing to the customer
Use data to support and influence critical business decisions
Resolve customer billing queries
Liaise with operations staff to ensure accurate data
Assist with ad hoc contract logistics or finance tasks as required
What we're looking for:
1-2 years’ experience as junior assistant account or Billing Analyst
Preferable in the supply chain, particularly DC and transport operations
Experience of reporting tools as well as the Microsoft office
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of contract logistics and supply chain management is beneficial
