Form of workThe Mascot Centre, one of Australia's leading parcel courier and freight delivery agent, is currently seeking one full time Logistics Centre coordinator to join their team for an immediate start.
Position Overview:-
This is a varied position with a high degree of Customer Service and Administration Duties. It is ideally suited to applicants who are keen to develop their career within a professional and supportive team. This position would need someone with strong desire to develop and enhance relationships with new and existing customers to meet the sales target.
We're looking for team players that is expecting to grow with our business.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
Replying to customers' enquiries via phone and email
Providing quotes and organising bookings
Freight data entry.
Handling professional packaging for goods
Local driving and pick up goods
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
Quick learner and ability to work autonomously as well as being a strong team player
Any experience within Logistics Industry, Warehouse or Sales environment will be well regarded but not required
A Full Drivers licence is preferable.
A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment to be provided by applicant if a job offer is made.
