Our client is looking to hire a versatile and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator/ Administration Assistant.
This role will see you scheduling deliveries, confirming transport jobs, raise purchase requisitions, book accommodation, data entry, general administration duties and to assist in Reception when required. You will also look forward to progressing your current skills. Must be available to commit to a full 38hr week, Mon-Fri with a 7.30am start.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following selection criteria:
- Experience using SAP system- preferred;
- Experience in a similar role with proven experience- ESSENTIAL;
- Good understanding of the customer relationship process;
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word;
- Ability to analyse and interpret worksheet requirements;
- Able to perform general admin duties;
- Strong communication skills;
- Valid licence and own reliable vehicle;
- Reliability is key as this will become a permanent position;
- Available for an immediate start!
