This Role involves;
Daily Scheduling and logistics of Works for Cranes and Transport at a busy growing company based in GERALDTON WA
Computer entry/scheduling, daily team communications, processing paperwork
Employee and Asset allocation for works daily and ongoing
Forward Planning of Daily and Upcoming works and Planning with our team
Site Entry requirements
Learning on the job and online scheduling works
24/7 Support and On the Job Training from our Management Team
Client and Employee Relations and communication daily - point of contact
Comply with Procure Logistics ISO and HVMR Accreditation standards
Applicant must have
High Level of Customer Service and High Attention to Client satisfaction
A Positive Can Do Attitude, This Role is an Important face to our company and our Valued Employees
Be able to deal with all situations and adapt to a changing workplace
Must be Computer Literate and experienced, able to learn quickly with Organisation skills to a very high standard , ready to learn new programs as required. Online scheduling being a major part of the role.
Excellent Communication skills are required for this role
Well presented and High Attention to detail is preferred.
