About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Perth office. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our general freight and warehousing operations, handling orders, invoicing, and client liaison. Responsibilities:
- Assist with office workload coverage across all general freight/warehousing operations.
- Handle orders in/out and monthly invoicing for clients.
- Liaise with outsourced warehouse team for smooth operations.
- Onboard general freight and manage end-to-end client liaison operations.
- Quoting for local deliveries and dispatch admin duties.
- Collaborate with other branches for seamless operations.
- Follow safety measures on site where required.
To be Considered for this Role, You'll Need:
- Previous experience in the international freight forwarding/logistics environment.
- Cargowise experience beneficial but not essential.
- Administrative and customer service experience would be advantageous.
