About the Role
WorkPac are looking for efficient and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator with âcan doâ attitudes to provide site project administration support to a busy project construction team. Reporting to the onsite Construction Lead, this position is pivotal to the success of the project ensuring that the administration runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the execution phase.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective site rosters and org chart
Managing stationary stock and office supplies
Create purchase requisitions and consolidate invoices
Raising maintenance notifications â Construction facilities
Maintaining information on notice boards at the Construction facilities
Assist project team with data entry and document control
Develop and maintain all project related registers
Manage owners teams travel and accommodation through the Rio Tinto booking system.
Manage project filing system within MS SharePoint
Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes & internal support material
Supporting the business partners in the submission of mobilisation and CMS documentation
Key communication with Perth based project mobilisation team
Skills & Experience Required:
Australian C Class Drivers Licence
Experience with SAP and INX (desirable but not essential)
Intermediate computer skills on MS Office suite
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
Adapt to different situations and methodically problem solve
Adhere to timeline and deliverables
Maintain an efficient and organised workplace
