Key Responsibilities
- Measure 3PLs performance
- Monitor inbound and outbound transactions
- Manage inventory levels and rotation
- Manage communication among freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouse
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment and maintain total inventory at the optimal level
- Manage obsolescence and reporting
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary Qualifications in Supply Chain, Business or similar
- Experience in logistics, 3PL management, data analysis, and vendor/project management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Adaptability to changing external environments and organisational needs
- Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills
