About the Role:

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Team Lead - Materials Excellence you will support Materials Management process improvement and business outcomes through the optimisation of supply chain data structures and network setup. 

You will build the foundation for longer term materials analytics capability by overseeing the liberation of cohesive, comprehensive & agile supply chain data sets and support the development of a sustainable materials analytics capability enabling more informed business decisions.

This position is a full time 2 Year Fixed Term contract with Woodside.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and optimisation of supply chain data structures and network setup
  • Lead the review, optimisation and liberation of supply chain data, including 3rd party data (to enable robust, sustainable and agile analytics)
  • Support the implementation of data governance and security requirements for Materials Management Data
  • Contribute to the development of analytics capability across Materials
  • Contribute to the development of supply chain analytics to support 
  • Optimisation & efficiencies enabling Assets & Functions to make informed business decisions
  • Develop analytics use cases to test & prove new concepts & ways of working
  • Collaborate with Digital & Data Science to maximise opportunities to leverage systems & tools
  • Engage with key stakeholders within maintenance and Assets, using data to improve business processes & outcomes

Skills & Experience:

What we expect from you:

  • Deep experience in supply chain working with data structures, superior analytics skills (>5 years supply chain experience)
  • Degree qualified
  • Ability to translate best practices into the Woodside operating environment
  • Willingness to adopt and pilot new technologies and approaches, and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to communicate and effectively manage change across different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive multi discipline and cross functional working relationships
  • Ability to influence and earn credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility to respond to changing organisational requirements and priorities
