On behalf of our client based in Brendal, we are currently seeking for a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator for a 1-month contact. As the Logistics Customer Service Coordinator the purpose of your role is key in ensuring that sevices are supplied to Customers in a safe, efficient and effective manner by employing professional supply chain processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of customer service and operations, scheduling services, rescheduling and organise the delivery of equipment.
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquires.
- Ensure high level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
- Communicate clearly to agents and customer.
- Making outbound calls to agents and customer
- Liaising with Operations and agents to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience (transport background / waste industry)
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Maintaining information within our internal systems to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing.
