Customer Service Administrator Casual position for 25 - 32 hours per week (7am -3 -3:30pm) with the view for permanency after three months
Your new role
Reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service role will be part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results based from our Beenleigh branch.
Your offerings to the team will include:
· Facilitate the processing of customer orders, customer deliveries, customer returns and branch transfers in accordance with internal policies & procedures.
· Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
· Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
· Manage stock availability
· Schedule transport
· Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts
· Process freight invoices
· Assist and support Sales Engineers and Technical Team in meeting customer expectations; provide a comprehensive first-class operational service
How you will stand out as a top candidate
· Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
· Experience in customer service
· Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
· Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong work ethics, open and reliable
· Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
