We are seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to join our INPEX Supply Chain department based in Perth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support Logistics warehousing, mobility and transportation systems and processes from development through implementation and ongoing support and training for site users.
• Monitor system operation for compliance to approved procedures and verify SAP and other system data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
• Produce SAP and Power BI KPI and inventory records and reports as required.
• Involved in the preparation, planning and execution of physical stock checks.
• Develop and execute an annual site end user training plan.

Key qualifications, skills and experience required:

• Proven track record in SAP Logistics Execution and RLM support (Desirable)
• Detailed knowledge and experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Remote Logistics Management (RLM) Modules with integration to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Finance (FI)
• SAP LE functional and process experience essential
• Minimum 1-2 full life-cycle implementation experience
• Supply Chain domain expertise
• Excellent communication (written and oral), team working and collaboration skills
