We currently have exciting full-time opportunities for Long-Term Maintenance Planner’s to join a reputable Australian company. Our client owns, operates, and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia delivering gas to more than two million Australian homes and businesses. With exciting growth ahead, they are hiring long-Term Maintenance Planners on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Opportunity:
The key responsibilities for these positions will be planning all maintenance activities through the computerised maintenance management system (MAXIMO). The position reports to the Team Leader Planning and is based in Jandakot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance requirements are planned in accordance with the Work Management Procedure
- Identify resource requirements for maintenance periods.
- Develop schedules in consultation with relevant Stakeholders
- Attend site to audit correct planning and gain feedback from the field to provide continuous improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of annual forecasts and maintains relevant schedules
- Issue work orders with appropriate work instructions, forms, and check sheets
- Prepare accurate forecasts within the Planning cycle
- Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Maximo, SAP and MS Project
- Ability to prioritise work and respond immediately to changing circumstances and demands.
- General understanding of relevant Regulations, Codes, Licenses, Acts and operating guidelines
- Planning/Scheduling experience or gas transmission maintenance operations experience will be highly regarded.
- Trade qualification desirable.
- Able to provide 2x references working in a similar role.
