About the Role.
The Loyalty Host Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of service experiences to our valued members and their guests. This is achieved by establishing meaningful, professional relationships aimed at membership engagement and retention. This position assumes ownership and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the gaming room service offering. This includes leadership of the Gaming and Loyalty Host Team and execution of OneCollective. All while supporting and promoting responsible and sustainable gameplay.

Your key priorities will be to:
- Customer Experience. To lead a coordinated, effective team in delivering services across the venue to the highest standards on a consistent basis, in accordance with Norths Collective policies, procedures and values.
- Training and Leadership. Be directly responsible for performance, development and training of the team through ensuring there is comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, compliance and continuous improvement of service standards.
- Communication. Maintaining effective communication with all key stakeholders, management, team members and patrons.
- Compliance. Familiarity of self-exclusion patrons, actively monitoring player activity and ensuring all transactions are compliant, reporting any concerns or suspicious activity following the club's procedure. Ensure gaming machines and gaming floor compliance is maintained. Adherence to the club's code of conduct and practice Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gaming. Assist with conversations around compliance and self-exclusion.
- Security. Maintain privacy and confidentiality on all aspects of financial, operational and patron affairs. Ensure the safe, secure and accurate handling of cash across all operational areas. This includes actioning and closure of protentional breaches of privacy relating to gaming.
- Workplace Health and Safety. Actively support a range of activities in accordance with Work, Health & Safety legislation obligations and in line with Norths Risk Management Program. Ensure compliance wherever necessary including all relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice, as well as ensuring responsible and sustainable gaming practices are adhered to.
The Candidate:
- Previous Gaming experience in a leadership role
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable
- People person and passionate leader that drives team culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Capable of quickly identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience of managing an operating budget with P&L responsibilities
- Engagement within our local community to strengthen brand awareness
- Must hold valid RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG Certification
- Must hold valid First Aid, CPR and Advanced Resuscitation Certificates
