Who We Are
We are a premium automotive concierge business, that manages the vehicles of high-net-worth Sydney and Melbourne individuals and families.
The Role
As part of our Sydney operations, you’ll spend most of your day on the road driving our member's cars. This includes collecting vehicles from their home or work and driving to car washes and service centres; fuelling; paying attention to, and reporting warning/dash lights; checking their cars are pristine; and then returning their vehicles to them in a timely and discreet manner.
You may also perform basic hand washing, attend registration/service/repair appointments on behalf of our members; and miscellaneous tasks such as changing key remote batteries, changing over number plates and frames, pumping up tyres, topping up fuel, oil and water, basic cleaning, programming garage remotes – amongst other ad hoc duties that may arise. No two days are the same!
The Right Candidate
This role is suited to anyone who has experience in automotive, events, hospitality, hotel concierge, house management, butler or valet services, car sales, car rentals or working in a servicing department.
If you are bright, adaptable, friendly with a great attitude, patient, and have a willingness to listen and learn, we strongly encourage you to apply. Common sense, attention to detail, confidence and customer focus is what we are looking for. We require a professional, well-presented, calm problem solver who can work autonomously and efficiently to the benefit of our members.
Full driver's licence is a must.
Knowledge of WhatsApp, Outlook email and calendar, Word and Excel is a must.
Extras
Our head office is in Melbourne. Our Director visits Sydney frequently, but for the most part, you will be working autonomously to serve our Sydney member's needs. This means you must be mature, proactive, self-motivated, communicative, responsive and reliable.
We service the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Knowledge of this area is a plus.
An interest in prestige, luxury, classic and/or sports cars is a bonus, but not essential. Ultimately, we are a service business, not a car business.
A police check and clean driving record will be required.
Although sitting/driving a lot, the role can be quite physical, so all applicants should be in fit health.
Full-time position, 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. You may be needed on a Saturday, but this is rare. Rate is $35 per hour.
A work phone and laptop will be provided.
