Position Overview: As a Sales Professional at Dracakis Jewellers, you will be an integral part of our team, providing our discerning customers with an extraordinary shopping experience. We are looking for an individual who not only possesses excellent sales skills but also embodies our brand with a great attitude and impeccable style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long standing relationships with customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience, through passion & efficiency.
- Accountability for the sales performance of all key categories.
- Learn & develop strong jewellery product knowledge, including knowledge of our international brands, Hearts On Fire, Gucci, Pomellato, Pasquale Bruni & Roberto Coin.
- Present our exquisite jewellery collections and engage customers through product knowledge.
- Understand the unique preferences of each customer to recommend personalised jewellery selections.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and displays align with our brand's style.
- Contributing to store activities & events.
- Develop sale opportunities through storytelling.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in high-performing sales.
- Passion for fine jewellery and an understanding of gemstones and precious metals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable style and grooming, in line with the Dracakis Jewellers dress code.
- Exceptional attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
