About the Opportunity
Provide Adoption and Support services for ARTC’s Microsoft 365 platform
Enable effective use of collaboration and productivity services by ARTC staff
Ensure the organisation derives value from its investment in the M365 platform
Review service requests and incidents assigned to the O365 Team
Assign tasks to team members based on guidance from the M365 Product Owner
Complete service requests and incidents within agreed SLAs
Collaborate with the Help Desk Team to ensure they can support new features or services receiving adoption focus
Analyse support requests and incidents to inform Level 0 (L0) support activities (e.g. knowledge base articles and training)
About You
To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience supporting M365 collaboration and productivity services
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft adoption resources
Strong communication and presentation experience
Comprehensive knowledge of M365 reporting capabilities and proficiency in preparing usage reports
In-depth understanding of the M365 product and its effective utilisation
