About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Systems Manager you’ll be responsible for providing operational hands-on support to the business in all areas relating to ITC (Information Technology & Communications) management, performance, systems and processes. Streamlining and integrating systems and processes will also be a key responsibility and area of focus, which will require you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours, based at our modern Head Office, Elizabeth South.
Key Responsibilities
System evaluation – assess existing systems infrastructure and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Process optimisation - collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse workflows and identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.
Integrate solutions – implement integration solutions to ensure seamless communication and data-flow between systems, particularly NetSuite.
Technical support - provide timely and effective technical assistance, support and training to end-users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
Manage hardware - setup, install, configure & manage new and existing hardware and users, perform network maintenance in accordance with company procedures and security guidelines.
Manage ICT infrastructure - maintain and manage all company ITC infrastructure & platforms, Video Conferencing, VOIP Communication, WAN and Network services including cloud and local services, related Service Provider plans.
Manage Microsoft O365 Admin Centre - including PowerShell, licencing, site & library access security whilst continuously improving end user experience
NetSuite maintenance – Assist GSM with review and maintenance of existing scripts and workflows using Javascript
Continuous Improvement/Development - keep up to date with ITC developments and how they may benefit the Company.
Value you will bring to the role:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in IT support and change management (implementing new systems and processes).
Qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
PowerShell and JavaScript knowledge and experience essential
Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP system) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective and influential relationships at all levels.
