One of our clients is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support, implement and troubleshoot software for a large enterprise environment.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in production support/application support and large enterprise environment
- SQL Scripting – there is a lot of database querying required in this role so the candidate must have strong SQL skills.
- API experience
- AWS – Nice to have but happy to train
- .NET technology is the preferred language but happy to consider someone with Java skills.
- Experience with Remedy or other similar work request system application
- Assist in software build upgrades
