We provide in-field chipping and cut-to-length harvest and haulage systems along with tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. About the opportunity
C3 Australia are Australia's largest forestry harvest and haulage contractor, operating the biggest harvesting operation in the Green Triangle. C3 are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our forest harvesting and infield chipping operations in Hamilton.
About the Position
C3 Australia are the trusted name in sustainable forestry operations throughout the Green Triangle region specialising in harvesting, infield chipping and haulage. With continued growth in both the region and across Australia we are currently seeking experienced skilled Machine Operators to join our harvesting teams.
- Plantation blue gum harvesting and infield chipping
- Working in small harvest crews
- Operating a variety of machines including Skidder, Buncher, Flail, Chipper
- 12-hour shifts
- Day and Afternoon shifts
About your experience
- Current Drivers license (MR or HR desirable but not essential)
- Experience Forestry Machine Operations (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in Machine Operating (Mining, Earthmoving, Farming)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work both Day and afternoon shifts
- Able to pass a Pre-employment and commercial drivers medical including a drug and alcohol screen
- Strong focus on safety
- Willing to learn and build a career in the forestry industry
