WSB are excited to announce we have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Sales Person to join our team at our newest branch in Cummins SA.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join the (company) sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining communications with existing customers to recognize their machinery needs as well as attract new customers to the branch.
You will
- Report to the Sales Manager on your day to day duties
- Respond to phone/email enquiries regarding agricultural and industrial machinery.
- Provide quotes in a timely manner
- Liaise with with customer throughout the duration of the sales to follow up freight shortages and process claims for damaged or missing freight.
- Oversee the successful delivery of parts supply to Customer Shutdowns, so as to meet critical deadlines.
- Process orders in a timely manner to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
- Participate in the on call rotation to provide coverage for after hours and weekends.
- Be expected to participate in Field Days, Country Shows and Adhoc Machinery Demonstrations.
About You
You will have some relevant experience in a parts environment preferably in earthmoving or associated industries
Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills
Excellent Customer service skills
High Attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
A keen attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
Experience in the Agco and Kioti range of machines would be an advantage
Prior experience of Salesforce would be advantageous. Alternatively, an open mind and willingness to learn a professional CRM system is required.
