About the role
The Mailroom Administration Officer reports to the Team Leader, Mailroom & Fleet and is responsible for all Mailroom services and various administration duties as required to ensure the exceptional day to day delivery of efficient and quality operational activities. This is a permanent part-time position working Monday and Tuesday from our head office in Adelaide CBD, with requirement to cover additional hours (up to full-time) during staff leave.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sort and distribute internal/external mail and Australia Post mail
- Process requests in Property Services Portal/Service Now Admin
- Goods Receipt designated department invoices
- Book, track and reconcile Couriers
- Process Records Management requests, barcodes, log-ins and provide guidance as required
- Book overnight Pool Cars and issue car keys, contractor access cards and restricted keys
- Accept and distribute incoming corporate company faxes
- Provide support and back up to Team Leader, Mailroom & Fleet as well as Property Services as required
