Rates: $100 - $130 per hour (inc. super)
The Services Australia (SA) is seeking the services of mulitple highly skilled Mainframe Security Expert with significant experience to:

• Ensure Services Australia maintains technical compliance with IT Security policy and ANAO recommendations.
• Maintain automated HRMS-driven and user-driven system and application access provisioning capability across multiple agencies.
• Support audit management systems and reporting to ANAO Technical security support to administrators and infrastructure sections.

The key duties required by the successful candidates may include, but are not limited to:

• zIDM (SAMS/390) development, maintenance, and support.
• Interfacing security and authentication mechanisms between Mainframes, Unix, and IDM systems, such as LDAP interface to IDVault, MFA registration, OMVS synchronisation and PassTicket Service technologies.
• Software design and development in Assembler and NCL.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving with technical knowledge of Net/Master, z/OS, TCP/IP, APPC, MQ Series, DB2, ACF2 and RACF.
• CRAM Support Assistance in troubleshooting.
• System modifications and development of ad-hoc tools in Assembler.
• RACF, ACF2 and Security Technical Support Across Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support, SAP/DB2 and Dept of Heath mainframes.
• Detailed technical knowledge of z/OS operating system, RACF and ACF2 security software and proficiency in Assembler, REXX, CLIST, JCL and various IBM, CA and third-party utilities, such as ICETOOL and zSecure.
• Development and generation of Audit Reports for ANAO and internal usage.
• Forwarding Mainframe Security events to the SIEM and developing Use Cases for Cyber to implement.
• Configuration of Multi Factor Authentication using RSA SecurID for agency mainframes.
• Technical IT Security Advice to IAAO Section for IT Security Administration and to Mainframe Systems Section for infrastructure support.

To deliver on this program of work, the successful candidates will be to be familiar with most of the following Primary Technologies:

• In-depth technical knowledge of CA-ACF2 and RACF security products.
• Programme language expertise in:

• IBM Assembler
• NCL
• Rexx
• CLIST
• JCL
• Carla * Sound technical knowledge of z/OS and associated IOS.

Essential Criteria * Sound technical knowledge of CA-ACF2 and RACF security products.

• Expertise in programming language such as IBM Assembler, NCL, Rexx, CLIST, JCL and Carla.
• Sound technical knowledge of z/OS and associated software.

Desirable Criteria * Sound technical knowledge of CA-ACF2 and RACF security products.

• Sound technical knowledge of security aspects across Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support, SAP/DB2 and Department of Health mainframe.
• Sound technical knowledge of z/OS operating system, RACF and ACF2 security software.
• Highly developed skills in programming language in Assembler, REXX, CLIST, JCL , Carla and various IBM, CA and third party utilities such as ICETOOL and zSecure.
• Experience in configuration of multi factor authentication using RSA SecureID for agency mainframes.
• Experience in Net/Master, z/OS, TCP/IP, APPC, MQ Series, DB2, ACF2 and RACF.
