Resthaven Port Elliot: Residential Services are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Officer to join the team.

Your trade and maintenance skills will be appreciated by residents and staff alike as a Maintenance Officer in a Resthaven residential aged care home.

You’ll enjoy regular business hours and a positive work culture as you coordinate the maintenance requirements of Resthaven Port Elliot.

Supported by an offsite maintenance workshop, you will be part of a welcoming team culture, whilst enjoying autonomy in your role.

The older people who call Resthaven home will enjoy getting to know you as you become part of the site community, undertaking your duties in a welcoming and homely environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience as a handy-person/Maintenance Person/Gardening
• Knowledge of general maintenance and gardening practices
• Demonstrated ability to maintain adequate standards relating to current maintenance practices
• Experience operating and using tools and equipment
• Available for a full time position
