Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the maintenance department, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
Assist in coordinating maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks
Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
Help manage inventory and order supplies as needed for the maintenance department
Support the implementation and maintenance of safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Requirements:Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for an administrative role
