Our company is seeking a Contract Administrator / Scheduler to join our NSW team.
This role is based out of a large university campus, close to Central Station.
Axis Maintenance Services (AMS) is an established National Maintenance Plumbing company focused on delivering comprehensive Hydraulic Preventative, Corrective, Reactive and SMART maintenance Services.
AMS is a subsidiary Company of the Axis Plumbing Group. The Group is a multi-discipline building services and maintenance contractor with offices in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the UK and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients needs relating to agreed contract.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of contract, amendments and related documentation including minutes of relevant meetings and site visits.
- Work both independent and collaboratively with a capacity to effectively support the team towards achieving contractual objectives.
Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal management to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
- Support onsite technicians with day to day task.
- Provide regular updates on job status and project schedules.
Scheduling and Planning
- Daily scheduling using client required software and internal JMS.
- Execute strategic planning and scheduling for monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to client deadlines and KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts and risks.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant for this role will ideally have:
- Proven experience in contract administration.
- Prior scheduling experience using a job management system the same or similar to Aroflo or Archibus.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficiency in both independent work and team collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
