The Construction Administrator role reports to the Maintenance & Warranty Manager and is based out of our office in Arndell Park.
Days of work are Mon-Fri from 8 hours per day. Base salary is between $60,000 - $80,000, dependent on experience & qualifications, plus superannuation. This is a permanent, full-time position.
We are looking for that special person, a team player who can also work unsupervised. Someone who is not afraid of hard work and is results driven, with a solid level of familiarity with computer competency.
In this role you will get to:
• Act as the central point of contact for our Maintenance & Warranty work
• Liaise with our clients, builders, site supervisors & internal departments to deliver high quality service by closing the loop with our stakeholders & organising works
• Take calls from clients with maintenance claims
• Sending quotes & Receiving Purchase Orders for Maintenance & Warranty works
• Set up Tradesmen Daily with required materials for the day’s work
• Organise inspections with our site supervision team
• Coordinate any stock or materials required for the job
• Schedule our trade base to carry out works and close the loop with our clients and builders
