To support our growth, RTS is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant who will be based in Kewdale WA. The successful applicant will be safety orientated, reliable, willing to learn and have a positive attitude, based at our clients Ore Car Maintenance Workshop.
No prior rail experience required! As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring wagons are safe and ready for departure. This exciting opportunity comes with attractive conditions as outlined below.

About you:
It all sounds great doesn’t it, so what do we expect of you?
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools (desirable).
- Forklift License (desirable).
- Willing to obtain core rail competencies.
- Current C Class or higher Driver’s Licence.
- Able to pass a rail CAT 1 medical including physical assessments and ongoing drug and alcohol screens.
- Ability to complete a National Police Clearance.
