We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. Collaboratively working with a dynamic management team who priorities offering quality service and culture, opportunities for growth within the group is assured.
The Role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Coordinator within the transport industry.
- Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure the maintenance and repairs are scheduled and completed.
- Maintain the equipment.
- Inventory management of parts.
- Liaise with external maintenance suppliers.
- Manage the invoice data entry and maintenance paperwork.
- House keeping of compliance system (Gearbox).
- NHVAS management, defects, DVR faults and service sheets.
- Complete all required paperwork including job cards, NCRs and DVRs.
- Adhere to Compliance, WHS and CoR regulations.
- Troubleshooting and repairs
- Identify any opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- The ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Are you willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check.
