Maintenance Coordinator

Arguably no other business within Downer better embodies our purpose; to enable our communities to thrive.Join us on the journey.We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator who will be responsible for supervising the provision of all maintenance across the Orange Hospital site.The Maintenance Co-ordinator will ensure a safe working environment for colleagues, customers, subcontractors, and the public.What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

• Responsibility for the supervision and delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance services.
• Monitor and report on contract performance to the Spotless Engineering Services Manager.
• Prepare estimates for FF & FE replacement programs or other minor works.
• Undertake condition or facilities appraisals as directed.
• Adhere to Quality Management System procedures.
• Undertake quality audits on percentage of repair work.
• Ensures all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standards.

What you'll bring

• Experience in the supervision of a team of maintenance trades staff and sub-contractors.
• Demonstrated capacity of management skills and leadership in an organisation.
• Extensive experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and maintenance engineering analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia (BCA).
• Sound understanding of Quality Assurance Control and Management System procedures.
• Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Sound experience of WHS requirements.
