About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Electrical Technologies department are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team based in Artarmon, NSW. In this key role, you will be supporting the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required Programmed Electrical Technologies quality standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to our Project Managers in the delivery of projects
- Ensure project documentation and reporting meets Programmed standards, compliance requirements and are in line with HSEQ standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management systems covering project design, construction, commissioning and general delivery of projects
- Conduct risk assessments and develop work method statements to control identified hazards
- Ensure site toolbox meetings and site safety checklists are conducted on a weekly basis with site specific hazards or other project related issues identified, discussed and resolved
- Monitor and evaluate all requests for labour, materials and equipment required for projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Project Coordination with an electrical background, unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to project report and estimate projects
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
