Maintenance Coordinator / Groundsperson

We are working with our valued client located in the southern suburbs to source long term candidates who are passionate about working for a successful Australian manufacturing company. Are you an experienced maintenance/groundperson? On offer is standard 38hrs Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, plus reasonable additional hours as required. This role may be offered permanent part-time depending on the candidate and operational requirements of the business with immediate start.Experience that would be beneficialPrior experience in a similar maintenance role. Alternatively, skills such as the following are transferable;

• Hand and power tool experience
• Experience in basic assembly and welding fabrication
• Relevant Engineering or Tooling Workshop Experience
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Experience and training in LEAN Manufacturing principles
• Relevant Trade Licence/Background
• Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain)
• Forklift licence and EWP (or willingness to obtain)

What you will be doing:

• The Maintenance Coordinator / Groundsman is responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance

and upkeep of all site facilities and grounds. This role involves managing day-to-day odd jobs,
coordinating with third-party contractors work and safety, and overseeing various maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will be someone who's organised, pays attention to detail, takes pride in their
