Regional Maintenance Coordinator

• $138,000 per annum, inclusive of Superannuation, with additional bonus structure
• The role offers national scope across multiple sites and the ability to still be hands on

The Role

Reporting to the National Maintenance Manager of Distribution, this role will see the successful applicant be responsible to develop/ plan the weekly and monthly maintenance schedules, as well as plan, schedule and execute major maintenance activities.  Furthermore responsibilities extend to providing advice and guidance on the execution of the daily maintenance schedule and assist with support for any reactive maintenance work being performed by the maintenance teams and contractors on multiple sites.  

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with applicable company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
• Planning and scheduling or work requests including organising site for associated work permits
• Capture and manage the Lifecycle Asset Strategy of assets in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders to determine optimal long-term maintenance requirements
• Supervise teams and ensure adequate quality of work is acceptable
• Aid with the execution of capital projects
• Monitor fixed plant maintenance and costs to budget and escalate variances
• Regularly travel to site to manage capital works, shutdowns and major maintenance activities
• The use of Data to dive actions via key performance indicators as well as asset performance
• Invoicing and purchasing of maintenance materials, equipment and contractors
• Spares management
• Experience with SAP

What you'll bring

• You Must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
• Trade qualified in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines or A degree in Engineering
• Supervisory experience, ideally within Engineering, Maintenance or other Heavy Industries
• Demonstrated HSE Leadership experience
• Project Management experience
• A demonstrated ability to develop tactical/ strategic asset plans
