Our client is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for their site based in Benalla VIC. This role involves managing a team of 5 trades and working on the tools when required. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on technical expertise to increase and maintain plant operations / equipment.
- Reporting on and maintaining plan and equipment to promote company safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Analyse production downtime and formulate improvement plans.
- Assist in the development, scheduling and execution of shutdown plans.
- Report and rectify damaged, malfunctioning machinery or equipment
- Leadership responsibilities
- Work Health and Safety responsibilities
Your Qualifications:
- Trade Qualified Fitter
- Experience leading a Maintenance Team
- Previous large scale manufacturing operations experience
- Maintenance techniques and strategy experience
- Moderate computer skills
