About the role:
Join our team at Eraring Power Station, where innovation and reliability converge. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in developing asset strategies, managing projects, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our power station.
Why this role matters?
Coordinate and execute maintenance plans, work management, and plant health for designated plant areas or functions.
Oversee contractor performance, budget management, and execution of asset strategies.
Provide engineering support and contribute to plant improvements from one year to the end of the asset's life.
What will you bring?
- Contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership through professional conduct and high customer service.
- Collaborate on Asset Integrity, Process Safety, and Management of Change.
- Manage the area or function according to Work Management procedures and optimize inventory holdings.
- Lead or participate in plant failure investigations, risk assessments, and RCM/FMECA studies.
