Our Price Operations in South Victoria are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic Maintenance team. Price is situated on the St. Vincent’s Gulf approximately 140 kilometres North West of Adelaide.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:
- In consultation with the Maintenance Team Leader & Electrical Supervisor, maintain, service & modify plant.
- Undertake small projects from conception to close out (Electrical Upgrades, new sensor installs)
- Fault finding and repairs to Electrical & Instrumentation
- Reporting items of plant maintenance related work
- Perform electrical work in adherence to AS3000
- Requisition supplies required to perform the above
- Estimate labour & materials as requested by the Electrical Supervisor / Maintenance Coordinator.
- Work toward breakdown prevention and general improvements.
- Capital Project Scope installation and commissioning tasks.
- Attend call backs as required.
- Work a reasonable amount of overtime when required by the Employer.
About you
You will bring the following skills, experience, and attributes to the role:
- Trade Qualification – A Grade Electrical
- Senior First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue Certificates
- Experience with instrumentation such as flow, level and proximity sensors as well as knowledge of SCADA and PLC Programming would be highly regarded.
- Experience using computerised Maintenance Management Systems, MEX, SAP, JDE etc.
- Experience in conveyor systems, wash plants and pumps would be advantageous.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
- Strong ongoing commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, & background check, including police check
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
