Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Principal Consultant.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s).
As a member of the Customer Experience Business Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative and information activities.
- Providing professional and strategic management support to the Executive Director, Customer Experience (CEx).
- Undertaking projects, preparing briefing notes, reporting and presentations and providing policy and strategic management advice to the Executive Director, CEx.
