The Honeymoon project is fully licensed for exports of up to 3.3mlb and is run by a strong management team which has leveraged off industry experts.
About the Position
We're actively seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our site maintenance crew. As a key team member, you'll be pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our site, conducting electrical maintenance across our plant, offices, and camp areas, and promptly addressing any arising issues. Your expertise will be essential in upholding our equipment and infrastructure to superior standards, ultimately driving the success of our operations.
This position operates on a FIFO basis from the Adelaide charter terminal direct to our Honeymoon uranium mine site on an 8:6 roster.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular servicing and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Perform routine inspections on plant and machinery, implementing preventive measures, and providing condition reports.
- Adhere to the company's Safety and Environment Policies, along with other relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Be available for callouts as necessary
- Maintain general housekeeping standards in the work area and throughout the plant.
About You
You will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Possession of an Australian Electrical Trade License
- Demonstrated proficiency in fault-finding and diagnostics on fixed plant equipment.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety regulations within a mining setting.
- White Card, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space and Telehandler Certificate (Desirable)
- Instrumentation and HV switching experience (Desirable)
