Our client is current seeking Maintenance Electricians for their large food manufacturing facility based near Tullamarine.
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment to maintain optimal production efficiency and safety standards
NIGHT Shift - 11pm - 7am
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
Your Qualifications:
- A Grade Electrical Licence
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a food manufacturing or similar environment
- Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
