The Maintenance Leading Hand vacancy is at our Narcooyia Orchard, located in the Lake Powell region 3597, and offers suitably qualified internal & external candidates an outstanding opportunity for career progression. The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation.

The purpose of this role is to support the Maintenance Controllers in their overall business objectives by; undertaking maintenance and repairs on all orchard equipment (including harvest) and machinery as directed by the Maintenance Controller.

Key Accountabilities of the role:
Machinery Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance requirements on orchard machinery and assist the Maintenance Controllers by planning, monitoring and management of key deliverables.
Lean & 5S: Ensure the business principles of LEAN & 5S are implemented in all aspects of the position to provide continuous improvement to your role and ofi Orchards R&M programs and operations
Machinery Operation: Operate machinery when required to assist with orchard activities and operate machinery for testing purposes
