About The Job

- Up to $140K + UTE and Yearly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintenance activities.
- Utilize your expertise in extrusion and plastics to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
- Oversee the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental compliance within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and achieve company objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the extrusion industry.
- Strong background in extrusion and plastics manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Highly regarded).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Extrusion and Plastic Experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with PVC manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of injection moulding techniques.
- Previous involvement in pipe manufacturing.
- Restricted Electrical License.
