About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team at our new, state-of-the-art facility in Hope Valley, Western Australia.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities ensuring they are on time and on budget including resource management. You will work closely with our maintenance fitters as well as contractors.
We are looking for someone with:
- An Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Manufacturing and electrical background with a good understanding of production and processing plants, any FMCG would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge about the planning aspect of maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Thrives under pressure in a very fast paced environment all the while ensuring safety is a priority.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to control and lead situations and teams alongside the ability to work as a team player
