We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer for our Regional site. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality maintenance service which will include identifying and carrying out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the facilities buildings, grounds and equipment in accordance with the day to day and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure that the physical environment for residents is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard free.
To be successful in the role you will be:
- LR Drivers Licence (or working towards).
- Positive `can do' attitude will ensure your success in this important role.
- Professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus.
- You will need to be a self-starter with excellent time management skills. which enable you prioritise tight work schedules.
- An experienced general Maintenance Officer.
- Passionate about providing quality care to our residents.
- Able to turn your hand to any general maintenance request and fix the issue.
- Looking forward to working in a close team environment.
- Looking for a challenge with every day a little different.
