Maintenance Operations Manager - Join Brightwood Group in Sydney!
Brightwood Group, a leader in commercial, industrial, and retail property maintenance, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our Sydney team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps and implement processes as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Assist and coach the team to create efficiencies.
- Coach and manage staff to achieve KPIs.
- Manage and improve software systems like SimPro and Asana.
- Manage onboarding, hiring, and termination processes for Maintenance staff.
- Provide monthly reports on various metrics, including maintenance projects, sales, outstanding invoices, HR, suppliers, safety, fleet, processes, and forecasts to the leadership team.
- Oversee day-to-day management of office team and technicians, including workflow management, priority restructuring, and accountability.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental consciousness.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic business decisions and future growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency with software systems such as Simpro and Asana.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Construction industry white card.
- Current driver's license.
