Form of workCome and work with Majestic Hotels, South Australia's largest boutique, locally owned and operated accommodation group comprising of six properties located throughout Adelaide, North Adelaide and regional South Australia.
As a member of Majestic Hotels Maintenance Team, you will support the Majestic Oasis Apartment property in Pt Augusta. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will utilise your excellent maintenance and gardening experience and capabilities. You must be able to work autonomously but being part of a motivated and dedicated team.
Duties
- Preventive maintenance both in room and to plant / equipment.
- External upkeep of the properties including steam cleaning, mechanical scrubbing and window cleaning.
- Repairs to properties including painting (internal/external), replacing silicone and basic plumbing.
- Pool Maintenance.
- Assisting in property upgrades
- Trimming gardens/topiary/hedging
- Heavy tree trimming
- Application of pesticides and fertilizers
- Upkeep of irrigation system
- Upkeep of common external areas
- Back up support to Group Maintenance team

- Proven experience in maintenance tasks
