The Opportunity:
Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy,this is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems at our Shepparton Facility.
The Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain a proactive plant and equipment maintenance program which incorporates preventative maintenance.
- Ensure the Preventative Maintenance Program is completed within relevant timeframe, - guaranteeing minimum downtime
- Optimise time available during periods of production shutdown by planning maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors on general building or plant maintenance, - ensuring work is coordinated (Issue all Hot Work Permits, Working at Heights Permits and other Permits as applicable)
- Coordinate repair work to meet production schedules
- Assist Team Leaders to supervise staff carrying out repairs and maintenance, - ensuring implementation of the planned maintenance schedules.
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- 4-5 years in a similar role and the ability to demonstrate your experience within a Maintenance Planner role
- Ability to interrogate data and compile reports (SAP experience is highly regarded for this role)
- Previous experience in schedule maintenance in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a medium size team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
