About the Position:
WorkPac is currently searching for an energetic and driven Short Term Maintenance Planner to join our leading Mining Client based on site in the Nhulunbuy area on a 2:1 roster. FIFO is available from Darwin or Cairns.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Converting notifications to work orders and planning as required.
Continuous BoM improvements and updating maintenance plans.
Scoping Mechanical Tasks
Develop maintenance plans/schedules and ensure major maintenance is conducted to Asset Management standards, to increase reliability and availability of assets
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure there is effective communication of the plans and upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place
Skills & Experience Required:
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
Experience with executing, scheduling or planning maintenance activities
Mechanical trade background advantageous
Experience working in SAP mandatory
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Able to be proactive, flexible and work independently
Current Australian manual driver's license
