The Maintenance Planner is the direct point of contact for the regional mining maintenance teams and is responsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of all maintenance and specialist project activities in the regional mining sectors.
What will you be doing?
- Work directly with the onsite maintenance planning team and our internal technicians for both planned, reactive and breakdown works.
- Work closely with parts teams, suppliers to ensure equipment and supplies are available.
- Working with field technicians to deliver planned maintenance, proving necessary tools and equipment, training and inductions and arranging flights and accommodation.
- Record all jobs, quotes, and calls into system including managing WIP and post job reviews.
- And much more.
- Extensive knowledge of the heavy equipment, mining or similar industries
- Experience working in a maintenance planning position
- Proactive approach to planning, organisation, and management activities
- Working experience of Microsoft excel, outlook and maintenance planning software.
