Job Description:We currently have an opportunity for a
Maintenance Planner to join our team. You will work closely with Hard Services/Engineering team to ensure the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract.Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will work with the Engineering Manager, Engineers, Trade team and service delivery partners, and the Client to deliver the contract in accordance with Downer policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client.
Responsibilities:The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Ensure the services and compliance are maintained in accordance with the appropriate Australian Standards, Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA), Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & the Client requirements.
- Work order lifecycle management-planning and execution.
- Reporting of non-conformance and development of corrective action plans.
- Execution and closure of compliance actions, ensure records are kept accurate and auditable manner.
Qualifications:What you'll bring- Experience in similar planning and scheduling positions.
- Some exposure in the pharma industry (preferred), FMCG, CGMP, or a highly regulated environment.
- Background in developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of general utilities (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chillers, hydraulic, process and electrical systems)
- General experience and / or knowledge of engineering projects and project management.
- Bachelor degree in a related field or and Asset Management Qualifications highly regarded.
