Responsibilities:
- Offer extensive mechanical expertise and provide planning support to enhance maintenance operations at the site.
- Craft detailed job packs facilitating both planned preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tasks on site.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials for maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to established procurement processes.
- Develop and manage comprehensive work schedules for field execution, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely task completion.
- Collaborate closely with contractors to ensure the efficient execution of maintenance activities, maintaining adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in creating forward-looking maintenance schedules, strategically allocating resources to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prioritize and facilitate the timely execution of safety-critical preventative maintenance activities, mitigating risks to ensure operational integrity.
- Ensure alignment of all planned maintenance activities with agreed Equipment Strategies, including effective management of planned shutdown windows to minimize disruptions.
- Immediately report any new hazards, incidents, near misses, or dangerous occurrences to the appropriate personnel, fostering a culture of safety and risk mitigation.
- Actively participate in routine workplace inspections to identify and rectify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proactively engage in Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) meetings and awareness training sessions to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
